Constructed at the end of 2000 by the Welcome Break Gardening contractor. It was the idea of the manager, and is used to greet customers using the service area, the flowers above the swan when in bloom say Welcome to Warwick. Why a Swan, well its the logo of Welcome Break although this Swan differs in design to their logo.
