This white horse is on a hillside overlooking the town of Waimate on New Zealands South Island. The horse is dedicated to the Clydesdale horses which were used to break in the land in the area. It was built by Norman Hayman, and his wife Betty. The horse, which is constructed from concrete slabs It measures 60 feet (18 metres) high by 48 feet (15 metres) long.
